About the workshop

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Time Frame: 1.5 days (Day 1 starts at 2 PM, Day 2 runs full day, workshop closes 3 PM). See agenda below for more details.
Venue: Multifunction Room, 4th floor, Genome BC
Hotel: Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver; 1 night and parking covered for participants. Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
Capacity: 23 participants
Costs & Funding: Workshop meals and one hotel night covered. Participants cover your own travel.

Transit notes:
To get to the Genome BC building from the YVR airport, take the Canada Line SkyTrain from the airport to the Broadway-City Hall station (around 17 minutes) and from there the BC Genome Science Center is a 6 minute walk
To get to the Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver from the YVR airport, take the Canada Line SkyTrain from the airport (about 23 minutes) and get off at Vancouver City Center. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from that station
